Ramistan is a tiny, almost deserted island off the Canadian east coast. It was completely uninhibited till I arrived there in 2014, claimed it, and unofficially named it “Ramistan”. Since then, I have been living there with my life partner and quite recently our son. Fortunately, I was able to get some internet access there and that’s from where I will be writing to you.

I enjoy discussing various topics, but I’m mostly interested in challenging our taboos and continuously testing our norms. So expect to see posts about life, religion, gender, sexuality, politics, or simply me trying to get in touch with my own emotions and express them. And yes, believe it or not, a man expressing his emotions is still taboo in many parts of the world. Not in Ramistan, though!
